"We were so nicely surprised when we went by the house. It is absolutely immaculate! It looks about the way it did when we left it 3 years ago. We were assuming there would be a little more wear and tear on the place. The tenants did a fantastic job of cleaning the place. I am betting they had a cleaning service come in because the tops of the door and windows were dust free as are the blinds throughout. I attribute that, in part, to you.

We can't say enough about the stellar job you have done for us in the past 3 years of taking care of our rental. We had a new tenant each of the 3 years of working with you and each tenant was fantastic and took great care of the place. Not to mention the fact that we didn't have to do a thing but approve each tenant. The 3 years was absolutely painless for us. Should we have a rental unit again in the future, we will work with no one else but you. If you leave the business, we will just have to sell rather than rent!
